The above video is designed following the IBM Design Language: illustration and motion. It hence becomes an example of a cross-disciplinary deliverable consisting research, visual, motion, UI & UX design.
The Hardware Management Console (HMC) user interface is redesigned to comply with Carbon guidelines. Certain functional and experience improvements and enhancements are also made. Research calls and interview debriefs are done to understand user sentiment. The comments are recorded in different types according to functionality and prioritized to be completed in the immediate sprint.

- Communicates with senior system admins, on-site, and remote support in case a problem happens/ when needed - Keep the systems running with the desired set of performance needs, features and customization.
