Enterprise Design Thinking Workshop Facilitation
My design thinking workshop facilitation experience spans over 3 years (2021-2024).
The following image is from the IBM Enterprise Design Thinking workshop facilitated for BMW in March 2023, at IBM Bangalore.

The following IBM client and internal projects demonstrate my experience in Product (UI/UX) Design, Design Research, and IBM Garage.
IBM WatsonX for IT Modernisation
This project explores how existing and newly created Prompts and Assistants in IBM Consulting Assistants (ICA) can be chained and used to increase productivity percentage for the Software Development Lifecycle of designing, developing and testing an e-commerce platform with a user-friendly interface, personalized recommendations and seamless checkout experiences by 74.9%
This added to my understanding of the growing increase in the adoption of generative AI in the software development lifecycle for productivity, and being a designer with AI maturity.
Inspired by the IBM Garage Framework, this thread articulates the user experience, user value, and business value for each phase of the Eco-Earth IT Modernisation roadmap.

Role
