Disclaimer:
The following projects were completed during my tenure at IBM for IBM and IBM clients (2021 - 2024) and at UAL (2024 - 2025) The intellectual property of the final product, designs, and business strategies remains with the companies and clients. I have taken care to present only my individual contributions and anonymised or adapted content to respect confidentiality and usage rights. IBM WatsonX for IT Modernisation
This project explores how existing and newly created Prompts and Assistants in IBM Consulting Assistants (ICA) can be chained and used to increase productivity percentage for the Software Development Lifecycle of designing, developing and testing an e-commerce platform with a user-friendly interface, personalized recommendations and seamless checkout experiences by 74.9%
This added to my understanding of the growing increase in the adoption of generative AI in the software development lifecycle for productivity, and being a designer with AI maturity.
Using the IBM Garage Framework, this thread articulates the user experience, user value, and business value for each phase of the Eco-Earth IT Modernisation roadmap.
Redesigning the UAL AI Position Statement and Student Guide to Generative AI
This collaboration with the Digital Learning Practice at UAL gave the opportunity to reframe and redesign, UAL's AI Position Statement & Student Guide to Generative AI through a decolonial, eco-social lens, translating critical insights into actionable prototypes.

The UAL AI workshop that I designed and reviewed with the Digital Learning Producer was attended by leadership and stakeholders across UAL, including Academic Development, College Digital Learning, Digital & Technology, Student Marketing and Recruitment, and UAL Net Zero Teams.
The workshop & research outcomes are informing the redesign of UAL’s Generative AI Position Statement and Student Guide, currently in production by enhancing UX, including cross-departmental inputs, student voice and critical framing. This work reflects my product design approach: systems-aware, impact-focused, driven by curiosity, inclusivity, and responsible innovation.
Mentored Year 3 BA UX Design students at London College of Communication, University of the Arts London.
Over two sessions alongside the course team and co-mentors, I supported a group of the brightest UX students as they turned their research into user ecosystems, relationships, and personas through emergent and lateral thinking mapping.

In the second session, students presented their super promising 3-minute pitch videos that set the foundation for their Final Projects. I helped review the clarity of the problem, the narrative strength, and how convincingly the proposal communicated value, with feedback aimed at sticking to the design process, suggesting design frameworks and sharpening their work ahead of their final submissions.
2026 Industry Judge:
Lovable x UAL CES Design Portfolio Competition
Judging a design portfolio competition in the heart of London felt like a design sprint in itself.

I was honoured to be invited as an industry judge for the Lovable x UAL Creative Entrepreneur Society portfolio competition at BrainStation Shoreditch. It was a privilege to provide feedback and judge alongside an experienced, and diverse panel Assa Ashuach, Eva Hayek, and Luba Elliott as we reviewed design portfolios and business ideas across brand, visual, UX, service design and AI.
